Senior Oncology Nurse Specialist

At Rutland Regional Medical Center, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Oncology Nurse Specialist to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families affected by cancer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive and holistic primary nursing services to oncology patients and their significant others.
- Institute life-saving measures as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- Minimum 2 years general nursing experience, with Oncology nursing experience preferred.
- Licensed in the State of Vermont.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
- Unit-specific certifications as required.
- Certification in venous access techniques or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of Oncology equipment.
- Demonstrates safe knowledgeable nursing practice skills at all times.
- Demonstrates patient education skills.
- Demonstrates moderate knowledge of basic computer skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $35.10 - $59.37 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes sign-on bonuses for new hires.
