Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop appropriate plans of care.
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services as needed.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
- Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
