Avionics Production Director

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Avionics Production Director to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of avionics production processes, ensuring the highest quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing Avionics Production team to design, develop, and manufacture avionics systems for our spacecraft.
- Ensure the highest quality standards are met through rigorous testing and inspection processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in avionics production or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of avionics systems, wiring harnesses, and electro-mechanical assembly processes.
- Commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with industry standards like IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-610.
- Experience in a space or aerospace industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Military or civilian aircraft production experience.
