  • Unload trucks and load trailers while operating a forklift, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Stage pallets for loading on proper dock locations, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Work Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: 4pm-12am (10 hour shift)
  • 4 days per week
  • Must be available and willing to work weekends

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $19.00/hr (weekly pay on Fridays)
  • Health Insurance after 90 days
  • PTO (accrual starts from day 1, but cannot be used until day 90)
  • 401K after 180 days (6 months)
  • On-Demand Pay

Requirements:

  • Must undergo a background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must possess basic reading and math skills
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Must be able to lift 25+ lbs consistently
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
  • Must perform other duties as assigned
  • Must have reliable transportation
