Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive cost control framework to monitor contract expenditures and timelines.
  • Verify the availability of necessary funding for ongoing projects.
  • Integrate changes from contracts into financial management systems.
  • Execute detailed financial assessments and reporting for program initiatives.
  • Conduct risk evaluations and opportunity assessments, including Earned Value Management (EVM), variance analysis, Estimates To Complete (ETC), and Estimates At Completion (EAC).
  • Prepare documentation and reports for audit processes.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of EVMS methodologies and produce Cost Performance Report (CPR) data for various programs.
  • Develop hypothetical scenarios and assist in creating contingency plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel.
  • Extensive experience with Earned Value Management principles.

Security Clearance:
Must possess TS/SCI clearance.
