Financial Analyst

CORT is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for month-end closing procedures, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and analyzing financial data. This role is a hybrid position, working remotely three days a week after training is completed.

Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly general ledger journal entries
* Perform month-end review of operating unit financial statements
* Prepare various monthly account reconciliations
* Prepare month-end financial and operational reports
* Assist with the quarter-end and year-end financial close and reporting process
* Assist with preparation of information for the year-end tax package
* Assist other corporate and field departments with general ledger and financial reporting questions
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
* 1+ years of experience in accounting or related field (preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports
* Willing to establish and maintain effective working relationships
