Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce employee compliance with company policies, procedures, and handbook.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory management and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of restaurant management experience or 1 year of entry-level retail management experience.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
