Compensation: $39.50 Hourly
Position Overview:
Exceptional Bonus Structure: Quarterly performance bonuses of up to 5% based on customer satisfaction metrics, plus potential monthly productivity bonuses of up to $450 contingent on meeting specific center performance indicators.

The Radiologic Technologist (RT) collaborates with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants to facilitate the examination and treatment of patients at GoHealth Urgent Care. This role is essential in executing various technical procedures and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging. Responsibilities include performing and interpreting patient x-rays and communicating findings to Medical Providers. Additional duties encompass providing administrative assistance to maintain the efficient operation of GoHealth Urgent Care Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants on various tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
- Utilize professional judgment to deliver healthcare services, including the application of x-ray energy for the diagnosis or treatment of patients across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
- Clinical experience is preferred.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is mandatory.
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
