Compensation: $39.50 Hourly
Position Overview:
EXCEPTIONAL BONUS STRUCTURE: Quarterly performance bonus of up to 5% based on customer satisfaction metrics, plus a productivity bonus of up to $450 monthly if specific center benchmarks are achieved.
At GoHealth Urgent Care, we prioritize our patients' needs by delivering a seamless patient experience, fostering a supportive care environment, and ensuring smooth collaboration with leading health systems and our local communities.
The Radiologic Technologist (RT) collaborates with Medical Providers and/or Medical Assistants in the assessment and treatment of patients at GoHealth Urgent Care. This role is tasked with executing various technical procedures and utilizing prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging. Responsibilities include conducting and interpreting patient x-rays and communicating findings to Medical Providers. Additional duties involve providing administrative assistance to maintain the efficient operation of GoHealth Urgent Care Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Medical Providers and Medical Assistants on diverse tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
- Utilize professional judgment to deliver healthcare services, including applying x-ray technology to aid in the diagnosis or treatment of patients across all age groups, from infants to seniors.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
- Experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is mandatory.
- State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
