Position Overview:

Exceptional Bonus Structure: Quarterly target bonus of up to 5% based on customer satisfaction metrics at your locations, along with a potential productivity bonus of up to $450 monthly if specific center performance indicators are achieved.

The Radiologic Technologist (RT) collaborates with Medical Providers and/or Medical Assistants in the assessment and treatment of patients at GoHealth Urgent Care. This position is accountable for executing various technical procedures and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging. Responsibilities include conducting and interpreting patient x-rays and communicating findings to Medical Providers. Additional duties involve providing administrative assistance to facilitate the smooth operation of GoHealth Urgent Care Centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Medical Providers and Medical Assistants on various tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
  • Utilize professional judgment to deliver healthcare services, including the application of x-ray energy to aid in the diagnosis or treatment of patients across all age groups, from infants to seniors.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
  • Clinical experience is preferred.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration is mandatory.
  • State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
