Overview:
Ensure the property is maintained to provide a safe and clean environment for guests, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of sinks, toilets, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, and floors using appropriate cleaning agents while following safety protocols.
  • Dust and clean all furniture, pictures, and shelves, ensuring a tidy appearance.
  • Polish metal surfaces to maintain their shine and cleanliness.
  • Manage waste disposal by cleaning ashtrays and emptying trash bins.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and be available for regular shifts.
  • Execute any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
