Audiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Audiologist Resident to join our team at UTMB Health. As a key member of our Speech and Audiology department, you will provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services to individuals with hearing and balance difficulties.
Essential Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic and treatment services to patients under the supervision of a Certified Audiologist.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify hearing and balance issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address hearing and balance difficulties.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and current enrollment in a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) program.
- Eligibility for Au.D. externship and Intern license from the Texas State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
- Diverse practicum experience and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and good teamwork skills.
- Desire to learn and grow in the field of audiology.
