**Job Summary**
Think Mutual Bank is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused team member to join the Deposits department as a Business Support Specialist. This role plays a key part in serving our customers from a back-office support position, utilizing expertise in business banking and deposit products to assist front-line staff with issues related to customer information files, deposit, merchant card, cash management, and deposit account services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional internal customer service, building relationships with branch and other staff on a consistent basis while serving as a resource for customer information file requirements and documentation, entity requirements and documentation, and all other deposits-related procedures, policies, and compliance regulations.
- Process and provide implementation support for merchant card, remote deposit, positive pay, and other cash management applications, ensuring a high level of accuracy and monitoring customer, cash management, and deposit activity to maintain compliance and appropriate risk management procedures.
- Provide transactional support for deposit transactions, including debit cards, and actively engage in ongoing dialogue with front-line staff regarding deposit and customer information file requirements, processes, and procedures.
- Create and revise training materials, policies, and guidelines with updates to intranet resources as appropriate, and assist business line representatives and customers directly when needed with merchant card, remote deposit, positive pay, and other cash management service applications.
- Qualify customers for services based on business analysis and by working with business line representatives to obtain financial and general business information as needed, and conduct quality control reviews to ensure customer information files, cash management, and deposit-related accounts and services are accurate and compliant.
- Complete special projects related to customer information files, deposit, merchant card, cash management, and other deposit account services.
**Requirements**
- GED or High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- 3 years' experience in business or commercial banking
