Key Responsibilities:

- Daily review of sales orders and return orders, working closely with sales teams and KDC to ensure smooth processing of sales orders.
- Collaborating with sales teams to address and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Communicating with sales teams and customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Promptly addressing sales and customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Partnering with other departments to provide support to the sales team.
- Supplying all necessary materials for sales activities, including samples.
- Overseeing and managing tasks related to promotional window displays.

The expected compensation range is USD Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of internal and external factors.
