Medical Surgical Certified Nurse Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to join our Medical Surgical team at Community Medical Center. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families in the Medical Surgical unit.
- Assist with Phlebotomy tasks and provide on-the-job training as required.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.
- CNA license in the state of Montana required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must obtain BLS Healthcare Provider certification within 90 days of hire.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required.
- CNA experience preferred but not required.
- One (1) year Adult Acute Care experience preferred.
- Experience in Medical Terminology preferred.
This is a part-time position working every third weekend.
