About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical-Surgical department. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Payscale: $114,420 per year (based on 36 hours/week)
Responsibilities- Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs to develop individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A valid RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- 2+ years of experience in Med/Surg nursing
- BLS certification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
