Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Aviation Customer Service Representative to join our team at Million Air. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Concierge Services: Offer concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations and providing information on company products and programs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, pilots, and team members within the customer service department, using excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.
  • Record Keeping: Record customer preferences and feedback in our Million Air CSI system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the line service team to meet and exceed customer service expectations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the service industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, pilots, and team members.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and point-of-sale programs.
  • Mathematical Knowledge: Basic mathematical knowledge, including the ability to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by our company insurance policy.
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual skills are preferred, but not required.
Working Conditions

This position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to:

  • Lifting: Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
  • Standing: Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers.
  • Exposure: Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
