Job Summary:

The National Restoration Supervisor will oversee the efficiency and progress of our day-to-day field operations, working closely with the Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work and create schedules. This role requires excellent leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage restoration teams in emergency response situations
  • Develop and implement restoration plans to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution of restoration efforts
  • Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with BluSky safety policies
  • Ensure crews have the necessary equipment and materials to perform work
  • Verify the quality of work meets industry standards
  • Maintain daily documentation of activities, moisture logs, communications, and equipment
  • Provide prompt solutions to changes or issues that arise on projects
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Project Directors, and customers regarding project conditions
Requirements:
  • 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold) preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license; CDL a plus
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time
