Key Responsibilities- Assess Patient Status: Utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status and determine the priority of patient problems and needs.
- Implement Clinical Nursing Interventions: Implement clinical nursing interventions to enhance and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and Perform Patient Care Plans: Develop and perform patient care plans to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Care Team: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Administer Medications: Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and the organization's policies and procedures.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing (preferred, not required).
- Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association.
- Experience: One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Registered Nurse (RN) and recent Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred.
