Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the processing of documents for state vehicle registration, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed.
- Manage payoffs, registrations for both new and pre-owned vehicles, and oversee license plate issuance and transfers.
- Dispatch bills, contracts, warranties, and service agreements to relevant agencies, including the department of motor vehicles.
- Verify completeness and signatures on all required documentation, ensuring accuracy in vehicle sale and purchase prices.
- Maintain organized records of sales, pricing, payments, warranties, service agreements, and other vital information related to vehicle transactions.
- Safeguard titles and Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) for inventory management.
- Prepare title documentation for sold vehicles and submit to the DMV.
- Input used vehicle acquisitions into the inventory system.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational background
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and a desire for continuous improvement
- Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in computer usage, along with strong writing and grammar skills
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
