Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the processing of documents for state vehicle registration, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed.
  • Manage payoffs, registrations for both new and pre-owned vehicles, and oversee license plate issuance and transfers.
  • Dispatch bills, contracts, warranties, and service agreements to relevant agencies, including the department of motor vehicles.
  • Verify completeness and signatures on all required documentation, ensuring accuracy in vehicle sale and purchase prices.
  • Maintain organized records of sales, pricing, payments, warranties, service agreements, and other vital information related to vehicle transactions.
  • Safeguard titles and Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) for inventory management.
  • Prepare title documentation for sold vehicles and submit to the DMV.
  • Input used vehicle acquisitions into the inventory system.

Required Qualifications
