About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DCSA Change Management Specialist to join our team at Rockwood Company. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a critical role in supporting a variety of IT initiatives that require change management methods and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Client Projects: Assist in tracking timelines, capturing status updates, leading knowledge capture, facilitating and contributing to client and team discussions, and creating frameworks that support desirable solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data through research, interviews, surveys, observation, etc.
  • Process Development: Develop standard operating processes and procedures and assist with the development of workflows to capture the current state of the client mission and recommend best practice alternatives for a future state.
  • Insight Identification: Identify and document key insights from client interactions and data collection to propose changes for organizational improvement.
  • Client Facilitation: Facilitate client discussions, lead stakeholder interviews, and brief client deliverables.
  • Information Integration: Integrate information from Directorates and Divisions throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal business partners and external clients.
  • Strategic Communications: Contribute to the development of strategic communications and campaign efforts.
  • Event Planning: Provide event planning support for interactive conferences, strategy meetings, working group sessions, or other events.
  • Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients while helping them dissect and solve problems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and support stakeholder interviews and other stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Project Management: Provide project management support, including managing resource-planning spreadsheets, working with senior-level consultants to refine project plans, performing quality control reviews on client deliverables, and drafting and submitting status reports to clients.
Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 Years of Experience with federal consulting, including exposure to organizational management, strategic planning and execution, communications, change management, and facilitation.
  • Willingness to Commute to client locations as needed, in and around the DC Metropolitan area; occasional travel outside of the DC area.
  • Experience Working with Senior Executives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance
  • Experience Working in a Tech Environment, including digital transformations, IT modernization, or IT transformations.
  • Experience with Applying Industry Best Practices
  • Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Performance Management Certification
  • Experience Leading and Facilitating Groups
