Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive and collaborative community experience for our members.

Responsibilities:

Sales Process:

  • Assist in scheduling tours and sending out tour reminders
  • Greet prospective members and obtain walk-in information
  • Enter tour bookings into our system

Goals:

  • Meet with the Community Sales Manager to understand location occupancy, sales, marketing, and financial goals
  • Assist with reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly achievements
  • Assist with meeting all occupancy, sales, marketing, and financial goals

Networking:

  • Develop connections between members through events and personal introductions
  • Create a collaborative environment through events and member engagement
  • Prepare and distribute newsletters to keep members informed of upcoming events

Operations:

  • Process member move-ins and move-outs
  • Perform front desk services, including phone answering and member check-in
  • Provide a positive First Impression experience for all members and guests

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members and prospective members
  • Respond to member issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate issues to the Community Sales Manager as needed

Billing:

  • Assist with the timely billing process
  • Enter charges into our system as needed
  • Assist members with billing issues and questions

Collections:

  • Assist with the collections process to ensure timely payments
  • Address and collect on rejected payments within 24 hours
  • Use our collections guidelines to perform all tasks related to payments

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office
  • Knowledge of basic IT
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality

Qualifications:

  • Any combination of education, training, or experience in reception services, marketing, office management, or a related field

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to operate a computer and monitor for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift over 50-60 pounds

Daily Schedule:

8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
