Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to interact with customers, create project schedule requests, and resolve customer issues. As a Scheduling and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating project schedules and status to customers
- Responding to and resolving customer questions, concerns, and complaints
- Tracking status and progress of work orders and projects
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues in customer jobs or projects that fall behind schedule
- Interpreting specifications, job orders, and schedules
- Reporting job and schedule status to management as appropriate
- Assisting in resolving billing complaints and recommending appropriate resolutions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Required industry experience in construction, insulation, trades, or a related field
- Clear post-offer drug screen
