**Job Summary:**

As the Global Director of Environmental Health and Safety, you will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of global EH&S systems across Master Fluid Solutions. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to communicate with entity leaders, identify gaps, and implement best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate communications with entity leaders to understand current state and identify gaps in EH&S systems.
  • Lead the implementation of best practices in EH&S across the organization.
  • Understand and communicate global regulations and restrictions affecting Master Fluid Solutions and the metalworking industry.
  • Assume overall responsibility for the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS).
  • Coordinate the development of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and toxicological testing of fluid products.
  • Coordinate the corporate response to regulatory matters involving health, safety, and environmental affairs.
  • Support global sales by addressing end-users' inquiries related to health, safety, and product disclosure.
  • Oversee site safety written plans, safety improvements, and training of employees to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.

  • Knowledge of global regulations and restrictions affecting Master Fluid Solutions and the metalworking industry.
