About This Career Opportunity
As a leading provider of cellular telecommunications infrastructure services, One Way Wireless Construction, Inc. is a trusted partner for clients seeking reliable and expert solutions. Our team of professionals works under the direction of experienced project managers and safety directors to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Climb and work on communications structures, including installation, replacement, and repair of equipment.
- Travel with a crew to job locations, utilizing company-provided vehicles for transportation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Pass a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug test.
- Complete Authorized Climber/Rescuer, OSHA 10-Hour, and CPR/First Aid training.
- Hold a valid driver's license and maintain reliable transportation.
- Have knowledge and experience using hand tools.
- Construction background is preferred.
- Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Travel and Physical Requirements:
- 90% travel required, primarily in the Midwest region.
- Overnight travel is necessary, with a $150 per diem provided.
- Ability to climb several hundred feet with over 50 pounds of gear.
- Work long days and frequently move, transport, and position objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, sit, and climb ladders and communication towers.
Benefits:
