About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Tower Technician to join our team at One Way Wireless Construction Inc. As a Tower Technician, you will be responsible for climbing and working on communications structures, including installation, replacement, and repair of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Climb and work on communications structures
  • Install, replace, and repair equipment
  • Travel with crew to job locations

Requirements:

  • Must pass drug test, pre-employment physical, and background check
  • Must pass Authorized Climber/Rescuer, OSHA 10-Hour, and CPR/First Aid trainings
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Have knowledge and experience using hand tools
  • Construction background is preferred

Travel and Physical Requirements:

  • 90% travel required, typically in the Midwest
  • Overnight travel required, $150 per diem when traveling overnight
  • Ability to climb several hundred feet with over 50lbs of gear
  • Working long days are not uncommon
