Join a team of experts in building and maintaining cellular telecommunications infrastructures.

At One Way Wireless Construction, Inc., we offer a unique opportunity for individuals to work on communications structures, including installation, replacement, and repair of equipment. Our team of professionals works under the direction of experienced project managers and safety directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Climb and work on communications structures, ensuring the safe and efficient installation, replacement, and repair of equipment.
  • Travel with our crew to job locations, often requiring overnight stays.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Pass a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug test.
  • Complete Authorized Climber/Rescuer, OSHA 10-Hour, and CPR/First Aid training.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain reliable transportation.
  • Have knowledge and experience using hand tools.
  • Construction background is preferred.
  • Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Benefits:
