Pella Mid-Atlantic Sales Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Pella Mid-Atlantic, Inc. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting our Pella Promise to homeowners and achieving individual sales goals through assertive and compelling presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a structured sales presentation to homeowners, highlighting the benefits and value of our Pella products.
  • Prepare and present price quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow up with customers within 24 hours to address any questions or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Be available for customer appointments during evenings and Saturdays, in addition to weekday hours.
Requirements:
  • Able to quickly earn trust and credibility with customers, providing superb customer service and generating referrals.
  • Skilled at relating to a variety of customers, balancing poise and integrity with a service mentality.
  • Able to negotiate, build value, and address objections towards closing a sale.
  • Works collaboratively with Pella team members and customers, demonstrating a strong work ethic and flexibility.
