Job Title: Landscape Lighting Technician

Job Summary:

We're a fast-paced, customer-focused team of lighting specialists dedicated to transforming residential and commercial outdoor spaces with low-voltage landscape lighting. As a Landscape Lighting Technician, you'll be responsible for installing lighting fixtures and mounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring our high standards of quality and safety are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install low-voltage lighting fixtures and mounts in prescribed locations
  • Speak with customers to up-sell other products and provide system orientation
  • Properly care and operate company vehicles
  • Ensure proper inventory levels and run low-voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
  • Mount transformers and connect wire runs, clean up affected areas, and provide direction to other installers when necessary
  • Speak with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available
Requirements:
  • Driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)
  • Self-motivated with effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Positive attitude, trustworthy, high level of personal integrity and honesty
  • Ability to make good first impressions and be personable
  • Enjoys interacting with customers and is comfortable meeting new people
  • Proactive, problem solver with above-average technical ability
