Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale data center projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning firms
  • Manage budgets and schedules
  • Conduct feasibility studies and manage cash flow
  • Oversee on-site management of data center projects
  • Interact with power and fiber companies
  • Prepare executive-level reports
  • Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity
  • Collaborate with the operations team
  • Drive business development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Data center experience preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
