Staff Financial Group has an exciting job opening for a Financial Project Manager to join its team in the Dalton, GA area. As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing project-based accounting tasks, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project management teams and other stakeholders. In addition, they will have a solid understanding of accounting standards and internal policies, with experience working with NetSuite ERP.

We offer a competitive salary of up to $100,000 per year, discretionary bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision (MDV), 401(k), Health Savings Account (HSA) with Aetna, paid time off with two weeks of vacation and standard holidays.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, utilizing NetSuite ERP.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring accurate project-related financial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records within NetSuite, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
