Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the parking lot, carts, and surrounding areas.
  • Assist members with their purchases, answering questions and providing product information as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
