Job Overview

Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead the sales function and drive revenue growth for our client in Portage.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and/or a related industry, with a passion for building long-term relationships with clients. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage key accounts and identify new sales opportunities.

  • Represent the company at community, tradeshow, and industry events to build brand awareness and develop new relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience and/or related industry experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Experience working at a small business is a plus.
