Position Overview

The cleanliness of our establishments is crucial for guest satisfaction and loyalty. Hotel housekeepers play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness that encourage guests to return and recommend our services.

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team as a Supervisor. This role involves primarily inspecting guest accommodations and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training and onboarding new team members, while motivating and inspiring staff to achieve optimal results.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests to ensure their experience is satisfactory.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain cleanliness throughout the property.
  • Coordinate daily workflows and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms to uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Hold team members accountable for maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure cleanliness protocols are followed.
  • Assist in inventory management of linens and supplies.
  • Contribute to performance evaluations for team members.
  • Utilize judgment to assign tasks and manage room assignments.
  • Coordinate activities with Front Desk personnel.
  • Report maintenance issues as necessary.
  • Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals by staff.
  • Find coverage for staff absences or increased housekeeping demands.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
