About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Rentokil North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of pest control services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and appointment scheduling.
  • Conduct thorough pest control services, including inspections, treatments, and follow-up visits.
  • Provide education and guidance to customers on pest prevention and control methods.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.
  • Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
