Job Summary

Associated Banc-Corp is seeking a highly skilled Residential Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. As a key member of our mortgage banking division, you will be responsible for originating and processing residential loan applications, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and Process Loan Applications: Review and process residential loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank guidelines.
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, builders, attorneys, and other industry professionals to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor the expedient processing of loan applications, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, bank policies, and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of residential loan processing or origination experience with a financial institution or mortgage banking company.
