ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate structured games and activities based on the Elevo curriculum.
- Encourage student participation in sports, games, and various recreational activities.
- Assist in managing student behavior effectively.
- Collaborate with school staff, including administrators and teachers, to ensure a cohesive program.
- Lead outdoor educational sessions that inspire enthusiasm for learning.
- Act as a positive role model, fostering self-esteem and emotional wellness among students.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience working with elementary and/or middle school children.
- Ability to manage groups of up to 20 students independently.
- Capable of adapting and taking initiative as necessary.
- Approachable, empathetic, and patient, with a talent for building trust with children.
- Exhibit confidence as a leader and serve as a positive role model.
- Engage with students to create positive learning experiences.
- Pay attention to individual student needs and adjust activities accordingly.
- Ensure smooth and efficient execution of activities within designated timeframes.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Eligibility to work in the United States, with successful completion of a background check and health screening.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in education, coaching, or child development preferred.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols as required.
