This position is a full-time individual contributor role in the dynamic and thrilling automotive sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history in sales and a deep enthusiasm for luxury automobiles.

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide a team of sales professionals to meet sales objectives and surpass customer expectations
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies and initiatives to boost revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales potential
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of BMW vehicles, features, and technologies to effectively engage with customers
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, including negotiating pricing and financing options
  • Foster a positive and professional workplace that encourages teamwork, customer satisfaction, and employee growth
  • Continuously assess market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify growth avenues

Qualifications:
Experience in a BMW dealership is advantageous but not essential.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales management capacity, ideally within the automotive sector
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales goals
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Profound knowledge and passion for luxury vehicles, particularly the BMW brand
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
