Position Title: Supervisor, Exterior Services

Position Overview:
Oversee a dedicated team responsible for planning and executing services related to outdoor facilities, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Act as a liaison between clients and the EMCOR Account Management team. Responsible for coordinating contractor services and addressing customer inquiries promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to a team of service representatives.
  • Engage with the client's Facilities Management team and collaborate with internal staff.
  • Analyze monthly performance reports in conjunction with the Finance department.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for contractor and client issues.
  • Delegate service assignments to team members for entry into the National Accounts System.
  • Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Review and authorize team members' payroll submissions.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated management experience is essential (experience in call center management is advantageous).
  • Willingness to adapt to varying work schedules.
  • Experience in landscaping, maintenance, or related trades is preferred.
  • Proficiency in bilingual communication is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Excel are required.
