We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team at Dupage Care Center in Wheaton. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish goals and execute treatment plans that help our patients achieve critical outcomes.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapy sessions and education on daily living skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop strategies for improvement.
- Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Valid or pending state license.
- Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
