Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Supervise and educate occupational therapy assistants and students
- Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance activities
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure to practice occupational therapy in the state of Illinois
- Basic proficiency with computer software and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
