**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed Physical Therapists to provide patient care and support in the home setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist patients in achieving optimal physical well-being through treatment, testing, and education
  • Continuously assess and revise patient care plans in collaboration with nursing staff
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care planning as needed

**Requirements**

  • Current licensure or certification in the state of PA
  • Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
  • Previous home healthcare experience is welcomed, but not required
