BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their homes, promoting independence and improving their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to improve clients' physical function.
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
Requirements
  • A current PA Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
