  • Paid training will set you up for success, and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you tech-savvy.
  • You'll meet with potential customers daily, pre-scheduled by AT&T to help you effectively meet and surpass your sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to make a smooth pivot and drive results.

Key expectations to succeed:

  • Prior sales experience, preferably with set targets.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license; the company provides a car as a significant perk.
  • A varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Earn between $40,300 - $49,972 + $20,000 commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Overachieving those goals can earn top sellers $71,029 per year.
