Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed targets for quality ratings and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or surpass COGS and Direct Labor goals.
  • Write estimates, issue invoices, and collect payments.
  • Ensure adequate production capacity through proper staffing, equipment, and supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate technicians, laborers, subcontractors, and jobs for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage inspections and obtain necessary permits.
  • Maintain inventory levels of supplies.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and releasing technicians.
  • Complete punch lists with customers and secure satisfaction certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards on all job sites.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5 years of experience in the restoration, construction or related industry.
  • Experience managing crews and subcontractors.
  • Experience with client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors in field operations.
  • Strong understanding of restoration processes, including water, fire, smoke damage, and mold remediation.
  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in writing estimates using software like Xactimate and Encircle.
  • Texas Mold certification, OHSA certification, IICRC certifications.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
