Compensation:

  • Starting Wage: $17/hour
  • Weekly Bonuses per Lead, with Monthly Performance Bonuses
  • Unlimited Bonus Potential with Weekly Lead Payouts
  • Bonuses are Based on the Number of Leads and Sales Generated
  • Estimated Yearly Pay with Bonuses for minimum performance: $46,280, and at 6 leads/week you would make $58,200 (Just over 1 lead per day)

About the Position:

This is a full-time position with internships and seasonal spots available. You will drive/ride to designated locations in a company-provided vehicle and engage with potential buyers by knocking on doors within mapped areas. Every team member is prepared for success, equipped with a tablet containing essential information and resources and thorough training. Our territory includes Lewiston, Maine, and north, meaning you will be visiting locations all over the state.

Success in the Role:

This position offers an opportunity to enhance communication skills, bolster resumes, and demonstrate capabilities within a top employer, Renewal by Andersen. We anticipate someone in this position to make approximately $54,560 for generating just one lead per day.

Daily Tasks (Responsibilities):

  • Provide an outstanding first impression with homeowners.
  • Knocking on doors.
  • Conversing with homeowners.
  • Using a tablet.
  • Working outside.
  • Riding in a vehicle with a team of people.
  • Working 8- or 10-hour shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM - weekends and evenings as needed.
