Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers, recommending merchandise selections or helping to locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as pricing and visual standards.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support replenishment activities to keep the store full and abundant, and assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and seek personal developmental opportunities.
Requirements
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
