Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Immigration Paralegal to join our global immigration practice group. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in high-volume visa processing and a strong background in employment-based immigration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit US employment-based, non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings to US Citizenship and Immigration Services, US Department of State, US Department of Labor, and US Customs and Border Protection.
  • Analyze and draft E-2 L-1, EB-1, O-1, and NIW petitions, as well as requests for immigration benefits, including H-1B, E-3, L-1, TN, PERM, EB-2/3, and AOS.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders on immigration benefits, government procedures, and case processing timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and track visa expiration dates and filing deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with solid academic credentials and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience writing L-1, EB-1, O-1, and NIW filings.
  • Experience with L-1A, L-1B, and/or EB-1 petitions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on global immigration matters, including consular processing and document legalization/authentication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and legal terminology.
  • Familiarity with iSheets, Power BI, and PDF editing.
