Key Responsibilities:

The Branch Operations Leader manages the daily activities at the branch level. Under the guidance of the Regional Director of Operations, and in alignment with corporate policies, the Branch Operations Leader supervises daily work schedules, personnel deployment, material logistics, facility oversight, and fleet management to ensure successful project execution.

They are responsible for:

  • Implementing the corporate culture at the facility level.
  • Ensuring that production, efficiency, and customer satisfaction meet or exceed established targets.
  • Overseeing the Office Administrator and facilitating communication among facility personnel.
  • Managing financial operations and budgeting at the facility level.
  • Overseeing processes related to collections and local vendor invoices.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR, safety, personnel, payroll, and legal standards.
  • Accountability for all assets at the facility, including personnel, vehicles, materials, and tools.
  • Conducting morning crew meetings and managing field crew schedules.
  • Implementing training programs for supervisors, foremen, technicians, and field crew.
  • Recommending hiring and termination actions to the Regional Director of Operations.
  • Managing inventory and local purchasing as authorized by corporate.
  • Overseeing subcontractor and special operations requirements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated operational management experience, preferably in the home improvement sector or a similar field, including inventory and project management.
  • Leadership experience managing and developing a team of at least 20 individuals.
  • Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles; experience managing a facility generating annual revenue of $5M to $6M.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management and reporting.
  • Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, including effective resolution of customer complaints.
  • Knowledge of HR, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Details:

Job Type: Full-time, On-site.
