We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses with various basic care activities, including dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and taking vital signs

• Provide personal care and support to patients, including toileting, oral care, nail care, and catheter care

• Assist patients with mobility, transportation, and turning

• Report patient changes and take out trash

• Clean patient rooms and change bed linen

• Take and record temperature, pulse, and respiration rate

• Administer medication as directed by physician or nurse

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record

• Certification as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state where care is provided

• Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and utilize proper body mechanics
